What are the responsibilities and job description for the (ABA) CASE MANAGER position at BOWCOR INC?
The Case Manager provides consultation to Behavior Technicians providing ABA services. The Case Manager is responsible for addressing parents’ concerns regarding services, create consumer programming, writing reports, updating, and analyzing data based on the assessment developed by the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA). The Case Manager is also responsible for the clinical supervision of the Behavior Technicians, who provide 1:1 ABA therapies. The Case Manager will meet with their Clinical Supervisor monthly to review your assigned caseload. Miscellaneous administrative and supervisory tasks could be asked to be performed.
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s level degree or higher
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working with children diagnosed with Autism or other related intellectual disability.
- Must be computer literate in Excel Microsoft PowerPoint
- Clean DMV record
- Good attitude
- Great communication skills
- Multi-tasking
Physical Job Requirements
