Job Position and Title: Site Supervisor
Job Classification: Hourly non-exempt
Qualifications
Have a high-stress tolerance, be self-regulating, possess both reliability and consistency, be able to learn and problem solve well and have practically perfect organizational skills. Any combination of knowledge and experience that would provide the required ability to adequately perform the job as detailed in this job description would qualify. As a Site Manager , you will manage the operational duties of your locations to ensure it functions well.
Qualifications and Skills Include:
- Ability to train, coach, and manage employees
- Bachelor's Degree preferred previous work experience can be substituted
- CPR Certified
- Ability to maintain the security of sensitive, confidential, and privileged information
- Must be able to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate pleasantly, professionally, and effectively

- Must be willing to work with consumers who engage in challenging behavior that may include but is not limited to aggressive, biting, throwing self-injurious behavior, and self-stimulatory behavior
- Clean DMV record
- Must be a Mandated Reporter as you will work around children.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising staff and ensuring they are working within company policy
- Managing a clean and professional appearance of the facility
- Managing both employee and consumer schedules working directly with the ABA Scheduling Coordinator
- Manage co-worker's job performance and attendance record
- Manage daily call-out log for consumers and employees
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
- Maintains security procedures and adheres to HIPAA obligations.
- Managing consumer sign-in and out log
- Leave a daily plan for the Lead Therapist, or an identified employee that will handle daily routines when the Site Supervisor is not present.
- Ensuring protocols and training from License professionals are being followed
- Managing consumer records
- Ensure nonviolent crisis intervention methods and or behavior modification training methods and practices are being followed; CPI or QBS
- Responsible for monthly grocery shopping and supply orders for your assigned center
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Follow the company policy handbook, manager directive, and any training received.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Ability to deal with high stress
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 10 hours
- Ability to bend or twist repetitively
