A Tier 1 prop trading firm is seeking an experienced C Software Engineer to join their growing team trading high frequency futures in New York.
This person will play a crucial role in establishing the technical direction of the team and will drive innovation and development across their core trading infrastructure, developing and deploying models for trading and research, and optimizing their trading systems for speed.
This is a highly technical role with a clear pathway into a technical lead position - so the right person will have experience with low-level programming, high-performance computing, low-latency challenges, or distributed systems.
They are open to meeting with individuals from leading trading or big tech firms - the priority being the individuals skillset and experience.
