What are the responsibilities and job description for the Connect Allen County Navigator Manager position at Bowen Center?
Connect Allen County aims to streamline access to essential services and resources for youth and families by building a collaborative network of onsite and offsite organizations. The Connect Allen County Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, ensuring seamless coordination and partnership effectiveness.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee marketing efforts, including the development and distribution of materials, outreach events, and presentations.
- Write, manage, and report on grants and funding streams to sustain and enhance the programs capacity.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility, conduct internal audits, and manage budgets.
- Develop and manage partnerships, support and maintain an advisory council, and participate in relevant conferences and meetings.
- Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers; oversee daily operations, including the on-site pantry and communication with building management; provide training and ensure adherence to policies.
- Collect and report service data, follow strategic plans and quality improvement procedures, and make adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
- Maintain availability to respond to all staff inquiries, including during evening hours, and be prepared to travel to other Bowen Health locations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
As a State-Of-the-Art Healthcare Organization and a Federal Contractor Agency - we require all individuals who join Team Bowen to receive a flu shot between the months of October - March and TB test to further protect our staff and the patients we serve. There are options for exemption applications, but approval is not always guaranteed.
