What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director for Southeast position at Bowen Center?
Position Summary :
This position will be responsible for the operations and performance of the assigned region including direct oversight of directors. This position has input into the integration of financial, clinical, quality, compliance and human resource related organizational systems and ensures the smooth operation, success and coordination of services in assigned region. Southeast covers : Huntington, Wabash, Howard, Region 9(Grant, Cass, Tipton, Madison), and Region 10 (Delaware, Adams, Wells, Jay, and Blackford).
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Coach and develop the team to ensure they are delivering key business metrics.
- Develop and ensure success of Federally Qualified Health Clinics (FQHC).
- Work collaboratively to develop and / or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the Organization and insure excellent patient experience.
- Problem solve, create and deploy solutions that meet community needs and fiscal goals.
- Collect and respond to community needs through program development and program modification.
- Help shape and share state and federal changes to programming and reimbursement.
- Ensure an environment of continuous survey readiness in all assigned locations.
- Duties otherwise assigned.
