As a Case Manager / Skills Coach at Bowen Health, you will play a pivotal role in assisting parents and children with psycho-social skills-building practices identified in the patient's treatment plan. Your mission will be to help individuals develop essential life skills, coping strategies, social skills, and executive functioning skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with a dynamic clinical and medical team to empower patients to care for their physical and mental health.
- Conduct hands-on skills-building sessions in various community, home, and school settings.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills.
- Utilize a comprehensive toolbox of evidence-based practices to enhance the well-being of your patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Act as a compassionate and dedicated advocate for the individuals and families you serve.
- Provide empathetic support to a diverse caseload, including a variety of ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds.

Base pay is dependent on education and experience :
500 Retention Bonus when you hit 9 months of employment!

Salary : $15 - $18
