- Represent the organization as a community ambassador by attending events, building trust, and fostering connections with diverse audiences.
- Identify underserved populations and develop targeted initiatives to improve access and engagement with services.
- Act as the face of the organization in the community, promoting its mission, values, and services to stakeholders and the public.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address gaps in services and create programs that meet the needs of marginalized populations.
- Monitor and assess the impact of outreach efforts and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience: One (1) year of community engagement experience preferred.
- Certificate or Professional License: None required.
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance coverage.
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.
- Demonstrate professionalism and deliver exceptional patient experience and customer service.
- Maintain professional boundaries with patients, colleagues, and others, ensuring respectful and appropriate interactions.
- Complete all administrative and clinical tasks by the assigned deadline, ensuring high-quality work.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Stay current on and adhere to company policies.
- Occupational Exposure Risk Classification: The normal work routine involves minimal exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.
- The normal work routine has a minimal ergonomic risk for repetitive motion impairment.
- The position may require a minimal amount of physical exertion (bending, lifting, twisting) in the work area.
