This position is responsible for planning and executing the annual Capital Expansion Plan to support organizational goals and patient needs. This role oversees construction projects, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and develops building security plans to maintain safe, high-quality facilities. Additional responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, training leadership staff on building standards, and representing the organization during accreditation reviews.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Executive Staff to develop the organization’s annual Capital Expansion Plan, aligning with strategic goals and patient needs.
- Oversee all construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgetary expectations, and quality standards.
- Supervise all aspects of construction management, including planning, directing, coordinating activities, selecting contractors, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure facilities meet all governmental and accreditation requirements and be present during audits.
- Develop and implement a Building Security Plan and ensure compliance with Life Safety Codes to protect patients and staff.
- Establish, maintain, and train leadership on Bowen Health building standards.
- Hire, set expectations for, and monitor performance of facility vendors.
- Build and lead a Facilities Team aligned with Bowen Health’s values of Respect, Integrity, Mission, and Stewardship.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Facilities/Construction and Project Management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles; executive-level experience is preferred.
- Certificate or Professional License: Current Certified Project Manager (PMP), or taking steps to become certified
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance coverage.
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
- Must be a minimum 25 years of age.

Salary Range is $145,000-$170,000.
