What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Consultant position at Bowen Health?
This position is responsible for recruiting activities and evaluating job candidates to fill open positions at Bowen Health. The TA Consultant will work internally to address hiring needs and create recruitment plans for specific areas. The TA Consultant will have a solid understanding of recruitment initiatives, sourcing practices, will implement college recruiting initiatives and strategically place candidates into positions that meet the needs of Bowen Health.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proactively and efficiently source for candidates that can the most suitable open positions.
- Utilize and be well versed in all Recruiting/Talent Acquisition platforms (HRIS System, LinkedIn, HireVue, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Work with hiring managers to find solutions to their recruitment and hiring needs.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Primary contact for the Applicant Tracking System.
- Provide high quality customer service to applicants and the community.
- Coordinate community and college recruiting initiatives, including attending events.
- Facilitate administrative pieces of Internships/Practicums in assigned area.
- Cultivates relationships with industry professionals and networks with college placement officers.
- Be the community liaison for recruiting needs.
- Obtain a working knowledge of all human resources functions, reports, laws and policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certificate or Professional License: HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred but not required.
- Experience: 1-2 years recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.
- Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
