Job Description/Summary:
Bowen & Nein, CPA’s, LLC is looking for an Office Assistant in Woodland Park, CO. This position requires excellent customer service skills, organization skills, and attention to detail. It is a part time position (10-25 hrs per week), February to mid April. It is an in person (non remote) position. Schedule is flexible, M-F. The rate of pay depends on experience $15-$16.50.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Check in client documents, processing completed tax returns and materials for clients.
· General office duties: Preparing documents for mailing, maintaining filing system, scanning, faxing.
· Running errands: drop off/pick up mail, drop off bank deposits, pick up office/kitchen supplies.
· Answering telephones, taking messages, checking voice mail, scheduling appointments, fulfilling client requests, greeting walk-in clients.
· Maintain the office including organization of reception area, removing waste and washing dishes.
· Serve as assistant to office staff.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Pass a background check.
· Available Monday-Friday (Flexible hours).
· Maintain confidential information.
· Attention to detail.
· Customer Service.
· Strong organization skills.
· Have a basic working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Be able to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
