Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues promptly
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Utilize computer skills to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- handle office leasings and clients
Requirements
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or office assistant is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
