In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our logistics and transportation functions. From planning and operational analysis to assisting with customer service , your contributions will ensure our operations run smoothly and our drivers stay on track. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential for success.
What You’ll Do :
- Assist with day-to-day logistics and scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
- Support the planning and coordination of our customer's freight.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Optimize driver schedules and routes for maximum efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure drivers are utilized effectively while balancing their schedules and home-time requirements.
- Handle unexpected issues, such as weather delays, equipment breakdowns, or driver availability conflicts.
