In this role you will be a member of our internal support team and will be focused on the daily financial and operational related needs of the overall firm and its partners.
Requirements:
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all daily transaction processing
- Assist with client billing and collections
- Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment
- Assist with bi-monthly payroll processing
- Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts
- Manage month-end close process
- Assist with the development of financial budgets
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting
- Ad-hoc operational reporting and related analysis
- Oversee/manage other internal support staff in varying capacities
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting
- Experience in managing workload for the team and supervising the completion of work
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communicator
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000
