Job Summary:
Were looking for a driven and creative professional to lead and develop our Learning and Development strategy. In this role, you'll focus on building engaging, effective training programs and development tools. This is a strategic role and perfect for someone passionate about helping people thrive through continuous learning and development. This is a chance to build and shape development programs from the ground up with a supportive leadership team. Duties will be performed with the support and direction of the Firms Department Heads.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful training programs across leadership, advisory, soft skills, and technology.
- Oversee processes to maintain compliance with individual CPE records and licenses/membership renewals
- Ensure regular progress reports are sent to employees with continuing education requirements
- Confirm timely completion of all license and membership renewals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create professional, engaging course content and materials.
- Assist with L&D budget and assessment of program cost effectiveness

- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other platforms that support employee learning, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of training requirements, including progress reports for employees with continuing education or certification needs.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and adjust strategies to improve participation, retention, and effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor systems for training plans and have oversight of the Firms Mentor program
- Other duties performed as assigned or required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in L&D required, with a solid foundation in training and leading L&D principles and practices.
- Proven results in building and delivering successful programs
- Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms and software-related tools
- Experience designing and facilitating training across a variety of content areas and audiences.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- A thoughtful, people-first approach to workplace culture and learning.
Salary- $80,000 -$100,000
