Employees that are open to staying on under per diem status must have submitted a written letter of resignation to their program. This letter must clearly state a last day of full-time employment.

Per diem employees are called, on an as-needed basis and if availability matches. There is no set or consistent schedule.
Clinical roles are not eligible for per diem (i.e. Per diem Independent Living Specialist).
