Position Summary


Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources Operations, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). You will ensure efficient processing of HR data, payroll, and other HR functions. This role will work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to support HR technology solutions, and troubleshoot issues. We are seeking someone organized, highly detail-oriented and analytical to join our Human Resources team.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data, including job history, compensation, and personal information.
  • Generate HRIS reports as requested by HR leadership and other departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness, analyzing the data, and providing insights to management.
  • Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, compensation, and benefits program enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in benefits administration and HRIS management.


Qualifications


  • 3 years in HRIS management (preferably in insurance)
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
  • Trust-worthy, accountable, and learns from mistakes
  • High EQ with aptitude in problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Can do attitude willing to step up and help where needed
  • SHRM certification a plus
