OverviewProgram Manager (ECM-2024-21303) : Bowhead is seeking to network with experienced and highly skilled Program Manager for an upcoming proposal effort. Preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) fields15 years of combined general and specialized experience in program and contract management efforts8 years of specialized experience in : Financial planning and reportingStatus reportingProject planningDeveloping business strategyProviding technical direction to all project activities and personnelRisk identification and mitigationQuality management (including formulating and enforcing work standards)Cost estimation and contract managementManaging multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrating cost savings through efficient and effective management processes5 years of experience in Configuration and Data Management efforts5 years of DoD contract management experienceIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contactsStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a teamSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance.
