OverviewBowhead seeks a Program Manager.Responsibilities
- Provide the management elements needed to ensure contractor performance of all requirements contained in the PICRD II PWS; to include program level oversight, reporting, briefings, and procedures.
- Responsible for assuring satisfactory technical performance, program risks, oversight of schedules, costs, administration, security, reports, reviews, and similar functions and activities associated with the PWS.
- Develop, deliver, and assist with IT system process documentation that describe in sufficient detail the steps, or order of execution, for the systems and processes utilized in support of the USSPACECOM mission.Qualifications
- MS degree
- Minimum of 20 years of experience
- Minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience with USSPACECOM
- Experience managing, integrating, and controlling contractor and subcontractor activities
- Experience performing perform program / project management, to include providing and orchestrating resources, financial management, administering contract actions, monitoring performance, making recommendations for improvement, and by supporting meetings
- Experience developing and documenting IT system processes
- Experience with developing and tracking RMF packages, Authority to Connect (ATC) status, guest system support, collaboration efforts, site visits, incident response activities, and cybersecurity prioritiesSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret / SCI level.Physical Demands :
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
