We are seeking a highly skilled Program Financial Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Division (NSWC-Crane) at Bowhead.
Main Objectives:
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans to ensure project success.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and activities, ensuring necessary resources.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including meeting organization, document tracking, and security clearances.
- Process funding requests and track expenses related to labor, materials, shipping, and other costs.
- Prepare and deliver timely budget forecasts and associated reports.
- Participate in various projects and initiatives as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in management analysis.
- Familiarity with NSWC Crane operations is beneficial.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment:
- Moderate physical demands, lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Prolonged standing and walking.

Clearance:
Able to obtain Secret-level security clearance; US Citizenship required.
