Bowhead is hiring a Program Financial Analyst to work closely with the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Division (NSWC-Crane) team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial management strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- Manage meeting schedules, coordinate activities, and secure necessary resources.
- Support administrative tasks, such as meeting organization, document tracking, and security clearances.
- Process funding requests and track expenses associated with labor, materials, shipping, and other costs.
- Prepare and deliver budget forecasts and associated reports to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to various projects and initiatives as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in management analysis.
- Prior experience with NSWC Crane is an asset.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Workplace Demands:
- Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, and walking for prolonged periods.
- Ocassional twisting, bending, and squatting.
Security Clearance:
Able to obtain Secret-level security clearance; US Citizenship required.
