Job Title: Operations and Maintenance Coordinator
Bowhead is looking for a detail-oriented professional to coordinate the operations and maintenance activities of our telecommunications team.
About the Role:
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operations and maintenance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and diagnose switch alarms, taking prompt action to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on switch hardware and equipment, preventing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
- Install and troubleshoot T-1 circuits, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance coordination, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a technical role, working with telecommunications systems and protocols.
- IAT Level II certification (COMPTIA Security ) and Avaya Communication Manager administrator training.
