In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Stock Director and VP of Shareholder Services, including data analysis and entry, filing shareholder correspondences, and preparing mail-outs throughout the year.
You will also be responsible for conducting home visits by request to shareholders who are not able to come into our offices, as well as planning community events such as annual shareholder meetings, informational meetings, and community picnics.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school graduate or equivalent, one to three years of experience in office management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
A valid Alaska's Driver's License is required, and you must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
