Job Title: Telecommunications Team Lead
Bowhead is looking for an experienced leader to oversee the daily activities of our telecommunications team.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Quality Control Plan and contract deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Provide regular workload reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any challenges.
- Meet with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and NEC Director to discuss operational status, address ongoing issues, and develop technical strategies for special projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecommunications management, facilitating all base operations and ensuring smooth execution.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a management position, directing the day-to-day operations of a telecommunications team.
- IAT Level II certification (COMPTIA Security ) and Avaya Communication Manager administrator training.
