Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs complex clerical work requiring the application of varied procedures and specialized methods. May provide guidance and instruction to office clerks and assistants.

Responsibilities

  • Checklist transcripts and supporting application documents submitted by prospective students.
  • Maintain and update applicant records and databases with accurate information.
  • Communicate with prospective transfer students regarding application status and required documents.
  • Support the data entry lead with incoming document processing through email and postal mail.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the transfer admissions process and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with the articulation coordinator and academic departments to ensure accurate evaluation of transfer credits.
  • Manage the tracking of completed transfer evaluations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree Required.

Conditions Of Employment

  • Some evening and weekend work may be required.
