Job Description
As a General Manager at Bowl America, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our entertainment centers. This includes managing multiple departments efficiently, conducting regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction.
You will be accountable for achieving and maintaining overall guest service goals, ensuring that customer complaints are resolved appropriately and that our guests are completely satisfied.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage center operations, including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team.
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members to ensure their proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards.
- Oversee the management and expansion of our Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings.
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals.
