THE OPPORTUNITY : Customer Success Trainee and Special Project Administrator

PAY TRANSPARENCY : USD Starting Range $35,000 - $50,000 / annual, plus bonus-eligible pay! Total compensation is commensurate with experience and goal achievement.
Residency and Relocation Disclosure : This immediate job opportunity is open to Pennsylvania residents only. This role requires monthly, in-person meetings at our Carlisle, PA office. Remote work is allowed within commuting distance of our office, provided overnight accommodation is not needed to attend the in-person sessions. The company does not provide relocation assistance for this position. If offered the role, candidates who do not currently reside in Pennsylvania must independently relocate to Pennsylvania at their own expense before starting the position. Once trained, at the direction of the company Founder, our ideal candidate will take full ownership of their responsibilities, arriving each day eager to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges confidently and enthusiastically in the following areas :

Customer Success : Providing outstanding support, onboarding new customers, and ensuring they succeed with our tools. Propose and participate in ongoing organization-wide process improvement and operational efficiency projects.

Marketing Support : Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Quality Assurance : Test and provide feedback about our systems, tools, and end-to-end customer experience to ensure top-notch performance.

Event Planning : Organize company and customer events to foster engagement and collaboration and support business outreach and development activities.

Human Resources : Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, to make Bowl Now an incredible workplace for all team members!

Administrative Support : This position works closely with the Founder and others, performing a wide range of administrative tasks to enhance their effectiveness at implementing business strategies; sample duties include conducting research, compiling data and preparing presentations, assisting with proposals and contract management activities, executing / managing special projects, and executing / performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, handling information requests, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and providing other administrative support, as needed.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some advanced educational studies (associate or bachelor's degree) are a plus, ideally in marketing, business, or a related field. Instead of, or in addition to, advanced educational studies, two years of related work history is strongly desired.

Some marketing, customer success, and / or sales support work experience is highly desired but not required.

Must possess “Day 1” proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Working knowledge of general office equipment and the interest and ability to develop proficiency with other high-tech software and systems quickly (including, but not limited to, Zoom, Teams, CRM programs, etc.) is required.

Ability to flex work hours as needed to meet time-critical business needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including mastery of correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and tone, are required to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Working independently while collaborating and building strong working relationships with others is critical, especially using digital, phone, and video technologies like Teams or Zoom.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

Background and investigative checks will be performed as part of the hiring process (this may include criminal, motor vehicle, employment / reference, and credit); results must be satisfactory to the company.

Some local / regional / national travel is an irregular but essential duty. This requires having a valid driver’s license and providing your own transportation to and from industry / business events, as needed. Infrequent overnight travel associated with industry / business events may also be necessary. Expenses will be reimbursed per the company's travel policy.

If hired, must adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety requirements, and other prescribed best practices / industry standards.

Other Considerations :

The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting. The individual must constantly talk, hear, stand, or sit for extended periods while using a computer, telephone, or other productivity devices to communicate with different personnel and conduct business. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Individuals frequently use their hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects and computer keyboards. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, squat, turn / twist, and smell. The individual must frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and / or occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Customer visit conditions will dictate using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including eye, hearing, respiratory protection, protective smock, steel-toe shoes, gloves, hard hats, or face shields. Contact lenses may not be allowed in some areas.
