HeadPinz Naples is looking for a reliable and hardworking Closer to join our team! As a Closer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and properly shut down at the end of each night. You’ll play a key role in providing a great experience for guests while assisting in closing procedures for multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the closing duties for various departments, including the bowling lanes, arcade, bar, and kitchen.

• Clean and sanitize tables, floors, and guest areas.

• Ensure all equipment and guest areas are properly shut down and secured.

• Restock supplies and prepare the venue for the next business day.

• Follow all closing checklists and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Work as part of a team to ensure an efficient closing process.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant environments is a plus.

• Ability to work late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists.

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
