- Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in automotive or performance industries a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
