- Supervise daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in shipping procedures.
- Oversee inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Record all invoices for recvibles.
- Coordinate the flow of goods from the warehouse to customers.
Job description
Purpose:
Manages Parts and Service operations within the company to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts/service sales, inventory control, technician efficiency and expense control.
Build customer & vendor relationships and perform follow-up activities on complete goods, parts and service sales.
Ensure that our products reach the customers with the level of quality that is expected by the best.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory.
- Schedules all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
- Provides technical support where applicable.
- Prepares and submits parts/service warranty and part return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit.
- Build assemblies and manage all products.
- Manage all vendors and manufacturing concerns to maintain the quality of production parts.
- Manage all shipping relationships to ensure that the quality and pricing is the best that we can extend to our customers.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in inventory /parts with involvement in activities such as supply chain management.
- Must be highly detail oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must have attention to detail and be able to work at a high level of accuracy.
- Must have an excellent attidue to work with other team members.
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
- Must have experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Office , Outlook, and Quickbooks and advance internet functions.
- Quickbooks or other Inventory Maintane Experience.

Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm CST
