Event Hosts monitor guest expectations, anticipate guest needs, and help fulfill guest requests by coordinating with their fellow center employees. Active thinkers make the very best Event Hosts; they’re talented individuals who spot opportunities throughout the planning process to suggest (i.e., upsell) special “guest experiences” and additional food & beverage options to clients, on top of their current party packages.
