We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Foreman to oversee raw land construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage field crews, ensure efficient project execution, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews on raw land construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Oversee site preparation, grading, excavation, and other foundational tasks.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of timesheets, expenses, and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3 years) in raw land construction or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of site preparation, grading, and excavation techniques.
- Ability to operate construction equipment (e.g., bulldozers, graders, excavators).
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
