Responsibilities

• You will oversee and coordinate all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the hotel.

• We expect you to mentor and train housekeeping team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and accountability.

• You shall conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high hygiene and orderliness levels.

• We expect you to manage inventory effectively, ensuring adequate supplies of cleaning materials and equipment at all times.

• You shall address and resolve any guest complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

• We expect you to collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination for special events or peak periods.

• You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices to safeguard staff and guests.
