Registered Nurse Night Shift House Supervisor opportunity at Bowling Green Brandywine.
Shifts : 12 hours
- 7pm - 730am
- BSN from accredited school of nursing preferred .
- Current license in State of facility.
- At least 1 years in med / surg nursing, and / or 1 year in psychiatric / recovery programs preferred.
Bowling Green Brandywine, a 169 bed drug and alcohol rehabilitation treatment center in Kennett Square, PA.

PURPOSE STATEMENT :
Responsible for day to day oversite of nursing operations of the facility and ensures staffing is adequate to provide care. When scheduled, oversees the delivery of behavioral health / nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. As needed, collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents' physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints. Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as nursing practice standards. Recognizes that patient safety is a top priority.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
BSN from accredited school of nursing preferred. Current license in State of facility. At least 1 years in med / surg nursing, and / or 1 year in psychiatric / recovery programs preferred.
LICENSES / DESIGNATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS :
Current certification or license to teach within the state where the facility is located. CPR and de-escalation / restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility.
