Reporting to the Senior Director for Corporate Partnerships, the CRM Business Analyst provides the technical direction and oversight for the alternative-credit and non-credit enterprise at BGSU, including system development and oversight, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM platform and related applications (Ex. Salesforce Marketing and Commerce Cloud Services). This person will support complex technical projects and performs system analysis.
Essential Functions
Fulfill business analysis duties on projects and initiatives :
- Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Facilitate discovery and document requirements
- Write user stories and prepare process maps
- Collaborate with ITS / other if necessary, on solution design
- Participates in the implementation and maintenance of vendor software releases and impact
Daily Administration of CRM Platform and the dedicated instance of Canvas :
Provide training and support to end users.
