Overview: We have an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with substantial civil litigation experience (preferably in the area of product liability) to join our Detroit Area Office located in Troy, Michigan. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility with immediate and meaningful involvement in complex litigation matters.
Skills / Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school with Law Review or Mock Trial Experience and top 10% of class rank preferred
- Current Michigan Bar admission
- 3 years of litigation experience (product liability experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Large scale motion experience
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
