Job Summary
The Proposal Coordinator supports the development of statements of qualifications, proposals, marketing materials, and brochures. This includes liaising with cross-functional team members to gather, prepare, develop, write, market, and present business documents and proposals critical to the success of the company’s business initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative components of Request for Qualifications (RFQs).
- Research, write, update, and prepare individual qualification statements for insertion into RFQ’s.
- Assist technical staff in developing technical presentations and materials for projects, organizations, clients, etc.
- Facilitate proposal milestone meetings.
- Assist in the production of prime firm (BEC) procurement solicitation proposals and review, as needed.
- Read and analyze RFQs (Request for Qualifications) and edit proposal content regarding consistency and requirements.
- Perform quality control/quality assurance on documents and materials prior to release and/or submission.
- Attend RFQ/RFP pre-submittal meetings and facilitate proposal milestone meetings.
- Participate in modifications, improvements, and development of marketing materials.
- Support the development and submission of winning bid responses by working with internal experts and contractors.
- Establish priorities, coordinate with internal and external resources, and schedule target dates to facilitate on-time completion.
- Other duties and special projects, as required.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field of study.
- 5 years’ experience in Request for Qualification (RFQ) experience.
- 3 year’s outreach, brand promotion, image, or public relations marketing experience.
