We are a nationwide Managed IT Services Provider is looking for a Business Development Executive (MSP) with experience selling IT services and solutions. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of MSP offerings and be able to tailor solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose customized IT solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate IT services and products to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain a high client retention rate.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified leads.
  • Convert proposals into signed agreements at a competitive rate.
  • Receive positive client feedback and satisfaction ratings.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of IT services and products.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base salary: $50k - $70k
  • Uncapped Commission: 7.5% of monthly revenue 35% of gross deal paid on receipt
