We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor to join our team at Bowman & Williams Consulting. As a key member of our Soquel, CA office, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
The successful candidate will possess a California Land Surveyor license, with a strong background in residential, commercial, and municipal site development and related infrastructure. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with field crew staff and technical draftsman
- Supervising the preparation of topographic and boundary surveys
- Preparing records of surveys, GPS surveys, subdivision mapping, condo maps, airspace plans, ALTA surveys, construction staking, form checks, and leveling
