Responsibilities :
- Respond to and resolve a variety of support tickets, ranging from Level 1 to escalated Level 3 issues.
- Provide support for key technologies, including :
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Networking
- Servers and workstations
- SonicWall Firewalls
- Ubiquiti switches and WAPs
- Perform network deployments, including installing new firewalls, switches, and servers.
- Deploy and support Hyper-V hosts and Intune solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
