About the Role

As an IT Helpdesk Technician – Tier 1, you will be the first point of contact for client IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems to ensure seamless business operations. This is an ideal role for an entry-level IT professional with a passion for technology and prior experience in an MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and applications.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Accurately document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Assist in routine system maintenance, updates, and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to assist non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for learning.
