Location: Columbia, MD

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

We provide Managed Services, Professional Services, Cloud Solutions, and Cybersecurity to a growing client base and are looking for a Tier 2 Helpdesk Support Technician to help us continue delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting for Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
• Handle escalated tickets that Tier 1 technicians cannot resolve.
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Work with firewalls, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
• Use ConnectWise (or similar PSA tools) for ticketing, documentation, and workflow management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving IT issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and take on opportunities for professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) – REQUIRED
• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Experience administering Active Directory and Group Policies
• Familiarity with ConnectWise (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing role
