We’re looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician - MSP to join our close-knit team. What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of support for clients—via phone, email, or onsite
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers as needed
- Accurately log support tickets and follow through to resolution
- Support deployments, user setup, email configuration, and client training
- Suggest improvements to processes or procedures that make things run smoother
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with end users
What You Bring
- 1 years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience (MSP experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Windows 7 , Windows Server 2012 , and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of DNS, routers, switches, firewalls
- Exposure to tools like Webroot, Autotask PSA, Datto RMM/BCDR is a bonus
- Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure and customer-service focused
- A genuine passion for IT and a desire to keep learning
What You’ll Get
- Salary: $45,000-$55,000
- Commuter Reimbursement: Up to $400/month
