Project Manager – IT Managed Services

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in aligning clients’ technology with their business goals. This position offers the opportunity to manage IT projects, lead client onboarding, and drive internal operational improvements in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT projects, including client onboarding, system migrations, and technology upgrades.
- Develop and execute project plans to meet client needs and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and fostering engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and service alignment.
- Track and report on project progress using KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead internal initiatives such as system updates and process enhancements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in project or program management within IT-focused industries.
- Proven ability to manage IT projects, including onboarding and technology solution implementation.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification preferred; ITIL or SCRUM Master certifications are a plus).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ConnectWise is highly advantageous.
- Background in IT consulting, managed services, or similar environments.
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
