Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

About the Role
We are hiring a Level 2 Engineer to provide technical support and project work both remotely and onsite. This role offers a blend of service desk escalation support and hands-on client site work across a variety of industries. If you have dealership IT experience, it’s a bonus—but not a requirement.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Level 2 support for desktops, servers, and network environments.
- Troubleshoot and administer Windows Server and Office 365 environments.
- Support Duo, Unifi, and Meraki systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Handle escalated tickets, providing both remote and onsite assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and client satisfaction.
- Document issues, solutions, and processes to maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience supporting Windows Server and Office 365.
- Familiarity with Duo, Unifi, and Meraki technologies.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Willingness to work onsite as part of a rotating schedule.
