Are you a experienced IT professional looking to lead network and cloud solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced MSP environment? We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer with expertise in networking (primary) and cloud solutions (secondary) to design, implement, and manage infrastructure for a diverse client base. This is a hands-on role where you’ll tackle complex IT challenges, work directly with clients, and have room for growth in a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructures (Layer 1-3 and beyond).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment (Fortinet, Meraki).
• Implement security best practices including VPNs, ACLs, proxies, and firewall configurations.
• Support cloud-based solutions including Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure networking.
• Troubleshoot and optimize IT environments in a Microsoft-centric ecosystem.
• Provide expert-level network support for managed service agreements and IT projects.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and failover processes for network and cloud systems.
• Collaborate with clients to align IT strategies with business goals.

What You Bring

• Deep networking expertise in VLANs, switching, routing (Layer 2/3), NAT, and IPv4.
• Experience with Fortinet and Meraki deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong security fundamentals (VPNs, SSL/TLS, IPsec, proxies, firewall appliances).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Network Policy Server (NPS), DFS, and Radius.
• Cloud experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure networking (site-to-site tunnels, firewall appliances).
• Prior MSP experience is required – must be comfortable handling multiple clients and projects.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or Fortinet are a plus.
