We’re currently hiring a Senior Network & Cloud Engineer who can lead client-facing infrastructure projects while also supporting a wide variety of cloud and networking environments. The right candidate is passionate about technology, thrives on complexity, and enjoys working directly with clients across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for network service agreements and client engagements
- Design, deploy, and manage robust network infrastructure (Layers 1–3 and beyond)
- Install and troubleshoot FortiNet and Meraki equipment, site-to-site VPN tunnels, and cloud-connected firewalls
- Administer switching, routing, VLANs, NAT, and security policies
- Support and maintain hybrid environments involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Provide expert troubleshooting and support across both on-prem and cloud networks
- Maintain and improve backup, security, and recovery procedures
Experience and Requirements:
- Prior MSP experience is required (you know the pace, the variety, and how to manage client expectations)
- Strong grasp of network protocols and infrastructure (Layer 2/3, IPv4, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT)
- Hands-on experience with FortiNet and Meraki (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with firewalls, ACLs, IPsec, VPNs, and SSL/TLS encryption
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Active Directory
- Comfort with hybrid environments including NPS/Radius, DFS, and Azure-based networking
