Senior Project Engineer – MSP
Location: Hybrid (Work from Home Client Site Visits in Des Plaines, IL)
Salary: $100,000-$120,000

What You’ll Do:
- Lead & execute IT projects – migrations, deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
- Troubleshoot & resolve advanced issues – network security, firewalls, VPNs, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and more.
- Act as a technical mentor – guide and support junior engineers.
- Ensure top-tier client support – work with businesses in architecture, engineering, and construction industries to optimize IT environments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven MSP experience – you know the fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, M365 migrations, firewalls, and networking.
- Ability to manage projects and work directly with clients on IT roadmaps.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills – solving problems the right way (no band-aid fixes!).
- Hybrid work flexibility – occasional on-site client visits in Des Plaines, IL.
