Location: Columbia, MD | Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead IT Projects: Migrations, upgrades, and complex server/cloud implementations.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve escalated issues involving Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, and VMware.
• Cloud & Networking: Manage Office 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• System Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client environments and infrastructure.
• Process Improvement: Develop best practices, automation, and technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of IT experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and file-sharing technologies.
• Experience with Hyper-V/VMware, Microsoft 365 administration, and networking fundamentals.
• Scripting & Automation (PowerShell) experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects, handle escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
