We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team and deliver exceptional, white-glove support to our clients. This role offers exposure to a wide array of technologies, including virtualization, cloud solutions, networking, and Windows systems. This will be primary remote with 10 to 20% client visits, this will require you to be located in the DMV area.

Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
- Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Azure.
- Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
- Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork.
- Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
- Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
