Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, and basic Windows Server administration).
- Experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, group policy basics).
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Familiarity with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and basic networking principles (subnetting, VPNs, firewall basics).
- Experience using PSA and RMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Ninja, etc) for troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (antivirus, EDR, email security, and phishing protection).
